If this blue label caught your eye… here’s why it matters.

It tells the story of a coffee with a lighter footprint. Carried across the ocean by sailboat, it reduces CO₂ emissions by 70–90%, avoids heavy-fuel pollution, and arrives fresh thanks to naturally ventilated, stable-temperature holds — a journey guided by wind, not fossil fuel.

Once here, we roast each batch using 100% electric power, lowering carbon emissions by 90%. With our Stronghold S9X, we craft coffee with exceptional clarity while helping lead the transition to sustainable roasting in Switzerland.

A cleaner journey for a cleaner cup.

ABOUT

This Colombian coffee comes from a renowned terroir in Huila and is produced mainly by the Cerquera family, with contributions from neighbouring farms. The family follows long-standing agricultural traditions, renewing their plots regularly and using pest-resistant varieties developed by Cenicafé.

Annual production reaches 150,000–200,000 kg of natural coffee, with the main harvest from May to July. Cherries are hand-sorted, fermented for 12–24 hours, then dried either in the sun or mechanically.

The coffee is grown at Finca La Lindosa in the municipality of Palermo, where traditional practices include mechanised cleaning, manual fertilisation three times a year, and periodic farm renewal. Around five permanent workers and up to 150 pickers support the harvest. The Cerquera family’s coffee-growing heritage spans more than 60 years.
