Gesha: a rare gem born from peace and nature.
From the heart of the Nevado del Huila Natural Park, the coffee is cultivated organically by an Indigenous community devoted to conservation and cultural heritage. Surrounded by more than 4,000 hectares of protected forest, the land offers an environment where tradition, biodiversity, and careful craftsmanship come together.
The lot is a washed Gesha with anaerobic fermentation, processed over five days to develop remarkable complexity. Cherries are harvested on canvases, gently depulped, and fermented in sealed bags before being washed to remove the natural mucilage. The result is a cup with delicate, exotic notes and a profile that reflects both the variety and the territory that shapes it.
Gesha is one of the world’s most exceptional and celebrated coffee varieties, and our community has been cultivating it for five years with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement.
